All performances will be in the Roberts Studio Theatre except The View UpStairs, which will be performed in the BCA Plaza Theatre.

    $17 parking all day Sat and Sun w/ validation. $10 parking after 5PM 7 days a week.

    ATELIER 505 GARAGE: 617-262-8420
    Mon – Wed: $16 after 6PM; Thu & Fri: $20 after 6PM; Sun: $21 all day. Entrance on Warren Ave. Fills up early and does not validate.

  • Public Transit

    Orange Line to Back Bay station:
    Exit onto Clarendon Street. Turn right. Go four blocks on Clarendon Street, then make a left onto Tremont Street. The Calderwood Pavilion is on your left just past the Cyclorama.

    Green Line to Copley Square station:
    Exit onto Boylston Street and walk with traffic (Boylston is one-way). Take a right onto Clarendon Street and walk seven blocks, then make a left onto Tremont Street. The Calderwood Pavilion is on your left just past the Cyclorama.

To take advantage of these exclusive Subscriber Benefits, call Ticketing Services at 617-933-8600.

  • No-Fee Ticket Exchange

    Subscribers can exchange their tickets for any upcoming performance of the same show without incurring any fees. However, when exchanging into a higher-priced performance, subscribers will be asked to pay the difference in the subscriber ticket price per ticket at the time of the exchange.

  • Circle of Friends Card

    The Circle of Friends (COF) Card included in your packet entitles you to two tickets for the price of one at participating area theatres. Please call ahead to the theatre you wish to attend as each theatre has its own COF policies. Note that you may only use your card once at any participating theatre during the season.

  • Bring a Friend and Save

    Subscribers save $10 off any additional adult full-price tickets. Please note, however, that this exclusive subscriber discount cannot be combined with any other offer.

  • Lost Tickets

    If you misplace your tickets or forget to bring them to the theatre with you, the box office will reprint them for you at no extra charge.

  • Missed Performance

    Should a last-minute emergency force you to miss your scheduled performance, the box office staff will do their best to ticket you for another performance of the same show, subject to availability.

  • Performance Reminders

    We send all subscribers email reminders before each of their scheduled performance dates. If you don’t think we have your current email address, send it to


  • Late Seating Policy

    Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of house management. If you arrive after the performance has begun, you will be seated in the most easily accessible seats at an appropriate break in the performance.

  • Cancelled Performances

    Please be advised that we do not cancel performances in the event of inclement weather unless a state of emergency is declared. In the event of a cancellation, ticketholders will be contacted by box office staff.

  • Accessibility

    The Roberts Studio Theatre and BCA Plaza Theatre are equipped with a limited number of FM headsets, available on a first-come, first-served basis at the bar or coat check in the main lobby. Both theaters are wheelchair accessible.
