SpeakEasy Stage performs most shows in the intimate Nancy and Edward Roberts Studio Theatre in the Stanford Calderwood Pavilion at the Boston Center for the Arts. The Roberts is a flexible Black box space which will be configured in a 209-seat proscenium format. This arrangement consists of 11 rows arranged alphabetically from AA – K, though there is no Row "I." Each row has 19 seats numbered 101-119. The seats are arranged stadium-style, so that each row is higher than the row in front. There are no poles and no obstructed views. There are wheelchair accessible seats in Rows AA and Row K, the latter of which can be accessed by elevator. Since all other rows involve climbing some stairs, please be sure to let the box-office if you have any physical needs that require you to sit in an accessible row.
